Individual Session

Package availability upon request.

First session includes an assessment with a recommended map of the way forward. Goals for future sessions will be established.

Second session includes a comprehensive self-care plan and any immediate problem-solving needs. Walk away with at least 3 new tools to attack the issue(s).

Additional sessions will have target areas that include:

  • Building resources that help calm your nervous system when you are overwhelmed from thoughts and feelings.
  • Identify one initial problem that you can begin resolving. Attacking an issue so that you can be very clear about letting go of the revving feelings and thoughts.
  • Clearing up information that you have gathered along the way (the online learning)
  • Recommending resources that strengthen the path to change
